CATERING REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL TIPS:
• Keep food refrigerated until ready to reheat.
• Keep the lid on while reheating.
• For best results, reheat in the oven rather than the microwave (microwave can
cause uneven heating in large portions).
OVEN REHEATING (Recommended):
• Preheat the oven to 325°F–350°F.
• Place the aluminum container on the middle rack.
• Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
• Smaller sides (like vegetables, pasta, rice): 15–25 minutes.
• Large entrées (like lasagna, meats, casseroles): 25–30 minutes.
• Remove foil for the last 5–10 minutes if you want the top to crisp or brown.
• Carefully remove from the oven (pans will be hot) and serve.
MICROWAVE REHEATING (Not ideal, but possible):
• Transfer food to a microwave-safe dish (never put aluminum in the microwave).
• Heat on medium power, stirring halfway through for even warmth, until hot.
